After-sales Service & Warranty Policy

Dear Customers

Thanks for choosing YCX products! If you have any questions during the use of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We provide you warranty and RMA services as follows:

Warranty range: 2 years(calculated based on the delivery date from our factory)

Maintenance: If you have technical issues, you can feel free to consult our international engineer at any time 24/7 online. Troubleshooting, issue analysis, remote assistance, the firmware update will be provided if necessary.

Repair: We repair for free for all within 2 years’ warranty products

after confirming with sales contact the specific issue it might be, the customer only needs to return defective parts instead of the whole camera so that can save shipping cost.

Replacement: If the new product hardware has problems with workmanship or quality, we provide replacement service for parts or whole product if necessary.

Freight: Customer shall bear the freight for returning the parts to YCX and we will bear the shipping cost for sending them back to the customer. Customer shall select shipping method and carriers with caution and purchase transportation insurance. YCX does not bear the loss caused by the shipping process.

Out of Warranty Service: Out-of-warranty defective products could be repaired or replaced with charge, the customer shall bear the round-way shipping cost(usually can ship repaired parts together with a new order). In case the products or parts are considered irreparable, YCX will destroy them after notifying the customer. As a responsible CCTV OEM manufacturer, YCX still provides 24H online support for out-of-warranty products.

The following situations do not apply to our warranty policy:

  • Exceeding the warranty period(Please refer to “out-of-Warranty service”)

  • Removing or altering equipment labels, serial numbers.

  • Product damage is caused by natural disasters or accidents like fire, lightning, flooding, war, etc.

  • Product damage is caused by violence, negligence, hardware modified or replaced without the permission of your sales contact.

  • Product damage is caused during shipping.

  • The product is not installed and maintained in accordance with the method described in our manual.

  • Accessories and other consumables are not covered by the warranty policy, such as user manuals(if with), deep base, additional brackets, cables, boxes, etc.
